The former president of the Students' Union Government (SUG) of the College of Education, Akwanga (COEA), Nasarawa State, Comr. Munir Obagu Etagbo and his wife, Maryam Munir, happily celebrated the passing out and the collection of the certificate of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC). Comr. Munir who proceeded to Nasarawa State University, Keffi after the completion of his program with the College of Education, Akwanga and became a graduate of the Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUk) in a year back has passed out of the National Youth Service Corps, NYSC and received his certificate. He passed out and received the certificate today being 13th June, 24 at the NYSC Camp, Kwuba, Abuja where he joyfully celebrated with his beloved wife. Celebrate with them!

Afo Youth of Nasarawa State has called on the state and the federal governments to intervene on the second crisis between Eki and Ambu people at Mararaba-Udege community under Udege Development Area of Nasarawa Local Government of Nasarawa State that led to the death of one Mr. Rambo Enupe and one other person with unidentified name who was shot at leg and whose life unpredictable. It has to be noticed, however, that, the first crisis took a life and also the second one, and it has seen to be an unending crisis and war in the area as the families of the deceased persons may intends to revenge. For that, the youth put a call to the state and federal governments for urgent intervention.

Erstwhile House of Representatives Aspirant for Nasarawa/Toto Federal Constituency, Hon. Abdullahi Ibrahim Aibro (Baradan Ara), gave five thousand naira each to  Muslim faithful in his Ward, Odu under Nasarawa Local Government Area of Nasarawa State.Hon.  Aibro support the less privileges with five thousand naira (5,000) to cushion the tough time people are passing through as a result of rising cost in the food items.  The cash was given through the Aibro Community and Social Development Initiative.  The  Aibro Foundation is intended to start providing cash to support the less privilege in his ward during this fasting period. He expressed his commitment to the well-being of his people, added that Ramadan is a holy month for sharing  and prayed the Ramadan support would complement the efforts of others in assisting those in need of the support.
